This is the speciality that earned Amtek its reputation, and for good reason. Our manufacturing facilities are equipped with stamping presses (manual, progressive or robotic lines) that range from 40 to 600 - ton. These are supported by a comprehensive range of secondary processes including tapping, welding, staking and mechanical assembly.

To ensure resources are deployed with the utmost efficiency, high-volume requirements are matched through the use of dedicated production lines integrated with the necessary capabilities like machining, welding & cleaning, and packing & sealing of parts in Class 100 environment.

We also leverage on state-of-the-art technology including precision cold-forged progressive stamping and multi-slide stamping, to continually test the limits of current manufacturing processes.

Precision Cold Forged Progressive Stamping is an alternative process for stamping precision metal parts. Metal is progressively stamped and formed to close tolerances, allowing 3-D net shaped parts to be produced. Products that require miniaturised components and which retains their rigidity and stability would benefit from this technology.

This cold-form process is designed to meet quality, cost and leadtime as it eliminates or reduces the need for secondary processes like machining, sintering, die-casting, MIM and assembly processes. Manufacturing lead-time is significantly reduced which in turn results in significant cost savings.
