A comprehensive training and development programme for our people is fundamental
to our continued efficient performance. As such, we have invested substantially
in a wide variety of training programmes, ranging from generic soft skills
to specialised functional skills development. Furthermore, being a Certified
On-Job-Training Centre (COJTC) by the Institute of Technical Education (ITE)
ensures that our new employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills required
to perform their jobs well. Overseas scholarships are also awarded to students
with academic merits while employees with good work performance are also sponsored
for tertiary courses.
